The four-year-old was taken to Battersea Dogs and Cats Home earlier this month after his owners, who bought him online two weeks earlier, could no longer dedicate the time or money to look after him. Despite looking like a creature of the night Battersea staff reveal that he's a real softy at heart.

 

Muppet the Mustachioed Cat is a black and white mog whose distinctive appearance continues to gain her thousands of followers on her instagram page. Owner Leann Schwartz from British Columbia, Canada, said that Muppet, who will be two years old next month, is the most amusing cat she has ever owned.
